Capto Consulting founder and President, Tracy Currie was part of the program faculty at the University of Tennessee where he led a research study on IT Outsourcing as an extension of the pioneering research in Vested Outsourcing methodology by UT’s Kate Vitasek.  The focus was on customizing the Vested Outsourcing methodology and toolset specifically for IT Outsourcing -- seeking ways to improve operational and economic outcomes over the life of an outsourced relationship.
