VestedIT - Introduction

VestedIT is an effort to transform IT Outsourcing by unlocking innovation and dramatically improving operational and economic outcomes over the life of an outsourced relationship.  It represents a fundamental paradigm shift in the way businesses and IT service providers work together –-moving from basic transaction and cost based outsourcing contracts, to performance and outcome based contracts.

VestedIT is an extension of the pioneering research in Vested Outsourcing methodology (http://www.vestedoutsourcing.com/) by the University of Tennessee in conjunction with the United States Air Force and validated with field research within the Enterprise.  The structured methodology and toolsets that were developed for Vested Outsourcing, are being adapted for use by Fortune 1000 companies as they strive to make IT Outsourcing relationships a win/win for all parties involved.
