Capto begins application rescues with a short assessment phase, which identifies all issues, problems and challenges in the outsourcing relationship and application project(s) or program(s). A root cause analysis is performed resulting in a set of recommendations for resolution of the situation. At the completion of the assessment phase, the client chooses the recommendations to implement and Capto can assist with the implementation of the recommendations.
In many cases where the outsourced resources are located offshore, the breakdowns occur in the interfaces between design and development and between the onshore team and the offshore resources because of differences in time-zone, culture, language, communication and the process or technologies put in place to mitigate these issues.
